wow, i found out about this book thru another article i read online and i am SO glad i got it. if you're open to it, and i mean, you have to be OPEN to it, it presents techniques to basically convince your subconscious to do things it already knows how to do. i was expecting another disappointing woo-woo bulls*** new age mystical nonsense shpeel that my skeptic/logical brain would reject (like stuff i find on youtube) but man this book surprised me. so props to the author for nailing the delivery in a way that my brain was able to accept as possibility. i love it so much i'm ordering a hard copy so i can flip around and write notes in ( i purchased the kindle version). i'm not even DONE reading it yet! i'm only halfway thru it and i'm ready to hoard copies of it. yeesh.
